We are a boutique venture studio and impact-focused research lab. Inspired by design thinking, we build purpose-driven, profitmaking as well as philanthropic startups.

Identify
We explore widely to identify hidden insights and unmet needs.
Define
We dive deep to create new questions, new knowledge and distill opportunities. We agree on the pre-problem.
Ideate
We collaborate to generate and build on each other's ideas. We conceive the pre-solution.
Tinker
We build low-fidelity prototypes to stress test assumptions. We learn by making the pre-solution tangible.
Test
We vigorously experiment with prototypes by engaging within our team and key stakeholders.
Iterate
We recycle lessons learned in a feedback loop in order to revisit the problem definition and iterate the process.
